Cluas has been incredible from start to finish. Ronan is exceptional. He took the time to patiently explain everything to me and my daughter until we fully understood what the program would offer her. Ronan was very thorough, pragmatic and thoughtful in all of his advice while also providing a caring and safe environment for my daughter to engage in the program. The program itself has given us some really positive results, my daughter herself saying “Mummy imagine if we never came here!” and gleefully telling Ronan “My hearing is 10/10”. That in itself is the greatest testimony I can give. My daughter feels a dramatic difference in her hearing and I can’t thank Ronan and the team at Cluas enough.
