How long does the average Tomatis Listening Program last?

The average Listening Program consists of three phases;

• Phase 1; 15 two hour sessions over 3 weeks.
• Phase 2; 8 two hour sessions over 2 weeks.
• Phase 3; 8 two hour sessions over 2 weeks.

Between each of the phases there is a break or integration period of 4 to 6 weeks, so to complete an average tomatis program it takes about four and a half months.

While this might be sufficient for some children, expierence has taught us that many children require further sessions.

When working with adults it is often possible to progress at a faster rate.
