Do we work with Adults ?

While helping children to overcome their developmental difficulties has been our main focus, we also provide adults with Tomatis Listening Programmes.

People have come to us in order to help them in a number of areas such as:

Adult dyslexia,
Auditory Processing Difficulties,
Concentration and Attention,
Returning to education,
Balance and co-ordination difficulties,
Expectant mothers,
Voice and musical improvement.

The program consists of an assessment, where a person's Auditory Processing and Listening profile will be assessed, followed by a consultation with a Tomatis Consultant where recomendations.

Should a listening program be recommended, the listening sessions will take place in the following way.

Stage 1: 15 days, 2 hours a day.
Stage 2: 8 days, 2 hours a day.
Stage 3: 8 days, 2 hours a day.

The adult program takes place in a dedicated adult room.

Listening tests will be completed at the beginning and end of each stage to gauge progress. Each Listening Test will be discussed with you by a Tomatis Consultant. Adult counselling is also available where required.
